Check your spam folder and your email domain settings for invitation and verification messages. If the invitation email still does not arrive after some time, ask the inviter to share an invitation link instead.

You can reset your password from the password reset screen.

Colorfulia is invitation-only. You can register by receiving an invitation from someone who already uses Colorfulia.

Which countries and regions are supported?

The currently supported region is Japan. During registration and in settings, you can choose your country or region as “Japan” or “Other”.

The app supports Japanese and English for display language.

You can submit a report by choosing a reason. You can report the same post only once. For details, see Stay safe.

Reports are reviewed by the service team. There is no system for individual follow-up by chat or email about the outcome.
