One-to-one chat
Friends can exchange messages in one-to-one chat. Continue conversations from Chat (/chats) in the side menu.
Send a message
Section titled “Send a message”- On the Chat (
/chats) screen, choose the room with the person you want to talk to. - Enter text in the input field and send. You can also attach images and video.
Join and leave (presence)
Section titled “Join and leave (presence)”Join and leave (presence) shows whether the other person is currently available to exchange messages in that chat. It helps when you want a real-time conversation or when you are deciding whether to wait for a reply.
Simply opening a room does not count as joined; you become “in the room” only after you perform the Join action.
You leave when you perform the Leave action or automatically after a set period has passed since joining. If you send a message during that period, you remain in the room until another set period passes from that message.
When at least one member is in the room, a green indicator appears on the chat room list and on the home screen, so you can see at a glance that someone is in that room.
Check unread messages
Section titled “Check unread messages”When you have unread messages, a red badge (indicator) appears on the side menu and on the relevant room in the chat list.
