Account settings
From Settings (/settings), you can change account-related items such as password, email address, display language, country of residence, and time zone. In environments where subscriptions are enabled, plan-related screens are also available here.
How to open Settings
Section titled “How to open Settings”- Select Settings (
/settings) from the side menu. - Choose an item from the tabs or menu, such as account, security, language, or region.
Change your password
Section titled “Change your password”- On the Settings screen, open the Security & privacy tab (
/settings/security). - Enter your current password and new password. The new password must meet the requirements shown on screen, such as at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
Change your email address
Section titled “Change your email address”- On the Settings screen, open the Account information tab (
/settings/account). - Click Change next to your current email address to start the change process.
- Enter your new email address and current password, then send a confirmation email.
- Enter the verification code sent to the new address to complete verification and update your email address.
Language, region, and time zone
Section titled “Language, region, and time zone”- Display language … Choose Japanese or English. Changes apply to the UI.
- Country of residence … Choose Japan or Other.
- Time zone … Choose the time zone used to interpret dates shown in the app. Usually no change is needed.
Leave the service
Section titled “Leave the service”From the Account information tab (/settings/account) on the Settings screen, choose “Leave the service” and follow the steps to deactivate or delete your account.
